Return & Exchange Policy

At Full Code, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions listed below.

Return Policy 

Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of deodorant, makeup, stains, hair, or odors

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached (if applicable)

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to issue store credit in certain situations at our discretion.

Damages & Incorrect Orders

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for sizing issues or defective items, subject to availability and at our discretion. If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info.fullcodeofficial@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. 

If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit

  • An alternative item of equal value
